Brendon’s story is a testament to the power of perseverance and determination. Growing up in the Philippines, he was surrounded by firearms and the world of competitive shooting due to his father’s interest in IPSC. However, he knew that he wanted more out of life and was determined to make a better future for himself.
After moving from the Philippines to the United States to make a better future for himself, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he thrived as a Combat Engineer. During his service, Brendon was tasked with some of the most challenging assignments, from IED detection to training foreign militaries in counter-IED tactics. His expertise in weapons and infantry tactics, helped him rise through the ranks to become a decorated Non-Commissioned Officer.
Post-service, Brendon became a certified TRB, USCCA, and NRA instructor, passionately imparting his knowledge while furthering his own skills through continuous education and competitive shooting. His journey underscores the transformative power of commitment and perseverance.
Hailing from California, Stephen's fascination with firearms ignited at a young age and swiftly evolved into a lifelong passion. Becoming a Certified NRA and USCCA Instructor felt like a natural progression after years of dedicated training and sharing his expertise with friends and family.
With more than a decade of experience in private security and the firearm industry, Stephen's hunger for knowledge persists as he remains dedicated to teaching. He believes education is paramount, relishing the opportunity to empower individuals through self-defense education rooted in awareness, strategic planning, and training.
Outside the realm of shooting and training, Stephen immerses himself in a Respiratory Care Therapist Program as a full-time student. On weekends, he volunteers at local churches, actively engaging in community Bible studies. Stephen's unceasing quest for self-improvement positions him as a multifaceted individual — a student, teacher, trainer, instructor, and advocate for others.
